Electric MINI fans, there is a new cabrio in town for you, but hurry up, as this is a limited edition only!

The 135 kW / 184 hp electric motor comes from the BMW Group’s centres of competence for electric mobility in Dingolfing and Landshut. Its small size (only 3.8 m long) makes for smooth axle load distribution and easy handling. BMW announced a range of around 200 km WLTP, but who can drive topless for more than 200 km without stopping for a coffee and a quick charge, right?
The electric drive system accelerates the MINI Cooper SE Convertible from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.2 seconds.

Price? Well, that’s CHILLy. The MSRP starts at 60.000 EUR, so I now understand why this is limited to only 999 units.
